We wanted this search to be extremely powerful but also super user-friendly and straightforward. In fact, it doesn’t even require a keyboard. We knew that the only way the instant feedback to the user would be useful is if it was extremely fast. You see search results even before you’re done refining your search parameters.
You can start with a broad search… like a major area (ex: North Vancouver) and narrow down the results based on sub-areas (ex: Lower Lonsdale), price, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and year built… and instantly see your results and narrow down further and further as you go.
Search results are presented in either a table format with sortable columns, or visually plotted on a Google map.

Niche Listing Pages and Quick Searches
For agents that specialize in certain areas or property types we’ve added the ability to create dynamic reciprocity listing pages based on your specs. For example, all condos in North Vancouver over a million dollars, or only houses in Kitsilano.
